    Question by Billy-Joe: How will i clean my tropical fish tank?
    I plan on getting a community tropical fish tank with my biggest fish being an angelfish (adult), when cleaning the tank what happen to the fish, do thy need a small tank or bags or something?

    You never take all the water out when you clean it. You need to maintain the bacteria level and you don’t what to shock the fish. Every few weeks you should do about a 20-25% water change. Take out about a quarter of the water and clean all of the ornaments in the tank and change your filters and all that stuff. You also want to scrub the inside of the glass with a special scrubber you get at the pet store so it doesn’t scratch. Make sure you put chemicals in the tap water before you put it back in the aquarium to take out the ammonia, chlorine, and all that stuff.

    I currently own a Biorb 30 litre cold water fish tank and was thinking of upgrading it to a tropical one. as my current fish need to go in the pond as they are to big!!! i can convert it easily but is it hard to clean and are tropical fish harder to care for?

    YES they are very difficult to take care of and maintain..but they are sooo pretty…have your tank set up by a professional..then you don’t have to go through all the hassle by your self
